DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

Yes, we offer financing at competitive rates.

Can you help with the design of my renovation?

Pro-Service offers design services at reasonable rates.

What do I have to do to prepare for my home renovation?

We ask that all light items and valuables are removed from the cabinets or rooms that we will be working in, i.e. dishes, lamps, pictures, small tables etc. Pro-Service will remove or protect the heavy items, saving you the time and money of hiring a moving company.

Before we start the job, we cover all floors, stairs and furniture in the working areas.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

Pro-Service work is warrantied for two years past the completion date. Most of our competition offers one year.

How do I start working with you?

Contact Shannon at 512-301-5775 and answer a few questions. We ask that clients have done their “due-diligence” and thoroughly educated themselves on what their particular tastes and needs are for the project.

What can I expect on a daily basis during the renovation?

When we say we will be there—WE WILL BE THERE! There will be zero No-Shows. Pro-Service is extremely efficient on remodels.

We gladly walk each client through daily if requested. We can show you our progress and we clean up and make your home as usable as possible.
